I did the Fat Flush for a couple of months last year, lost lots of inches and felt great...but then I got a job that requires a lot of travel, I stopped doing it, and ended up heavier than when I started. Now, I'm starting over with Phase 1, and looking back at the charts I made last time...reminding myself of the fast results and how good I felt.
Travelling will be the hard part. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can get FF friendly cuisine on the road. I know I can always do a salad, but if anyone has alternatives, I'd love to hear them.

I stop at a deli and get turkey, and roast beef, pack up plenty of cut up veggies, oranges and apples. Have ate just the grilled chicken off a mcdonald sandwich, and the fajita meat and veggies in a mexican restaurant. breakfast, I get a taquita and just eat the egg.
