I hate hormonal fluctuations, but what are you going to do? Keep making good choices. Trust that today's good choices will eventually show up on the scale. The alternative is throw in the towel, and then I'll be right back where I started....or beyond.
259.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
