This is the first time I've journaled on here since I started April 13,2012. My goal is 1 1/2 pounds a week. Fell behind a bit, had some events I ate too much at, then felt physically icky.... I'm grateful my body wants to reject processed foods and sugar. The more I stay away the better. I just want a little only, and I'm good, as long as I don't think I can push it on the weekends. I find myself doing more yardwork and housework. I never really counted that as exercise. Being older my body aches more frequently and I don't want to do it. I try to pace myself not to over do it.... Any tips I'll take. Always willing to try new and heathier ideas THAT WORK....Thanks

Diet followed reasonably well.
