Well, back to the drawing board. 1 week of binge eating and I gained 6 pounds. UGH. I got back on track, though.
7 day BS 211
14 day BS 165
30 day BS 127
90 day BS 150

The 7 day is obviously high b/c that is what binge eating does. 30 day is best because February was a good month. 90 day is ok but includes December which wasn't a good month.

OK I will get down to 299 again soon I hope.
304.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.4 lb a week

I’m sure half or more of that weight is most likely water. You would literally have to have 3500 calories OVER whatever your maintenance calorie intake is. So for 6lbs of JUST fat to be gained, youd have to have 21,000calories OVER maintenance. You may have not even gained much or any at all either since there are many variables and factors going into how the body processes food/burns calories etc. don’t worry about it, once you’re back in a weekly deficit your body will continue losing fat as normal. No biggie, we’ve all done this.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I am sitting here watching the hockey game wanting to eat something. Today during work I kept picturing binging. But I forced myself to think about the weight I am carrying and how rotten it is to make myself carry 100 pounds. That is a lot of excess stress on a body's heart and joints. Wow!!! Let's do this thing!!

I came across a book about binge eating that sounds interesting and has good positive reviews. It's also a personal story. I've had mild bouts of binge eating in my life, and I can tell you that it's always when I've strayed from eating whole foods and added processed foods in my daily meals. Anyway, the book is called Brain over Binge. I found it on a forum and looked it up at Amazon. Hope this helps. Good luck, binge eating is really tough to understand, and to stop. You become another person with no rythme or reason with on thought only, something to put into your mouth to sort of zoom out. at least that is the way I've experienced it.
