Back down under 210. I feel like I am still stuck at a plateau but it has only been a week. Trust the process. Trust the process. I need that mantra tattooed on my forehead! This weekend was awesome, biking, walking, treadmill, cleaning the garage. I pretty much never sat down. I gotta believe all of that is helping! My butt is sore after the bike ride.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Trust the process! Yes, that is an excellent mantra. You are doing what needs to be done; the results will follow. All that activity *has* to be helping. I am sure you will see results soon.

I have always hated how much the scientific process of losing weight feels like such an act of faith, but keep it up. It'll work...in the end!
