Didn't have a great weekend from a logging in my food (though I must admit that the food was good) but am now back on track with the working out and the logging in of food. Trying to find the right path to long term maintenance. I put a lot of effort in losing the weight (had the tactics, the tools and the knowledge) but now I'm finding out I'll have to do the same with maintaining. Thanks to everyone for all of the great recipes and have an awesome Tuesday.
158.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
