My weight has always been up and down - but mostly up. My high was 232, and my low (but i didn't do it the healthy way) was right about 145. I had surgery this past January, and am now in menopause, even though I'm only 29. I'm also under a ton of stress on an almost daily basis. It's made for some weight gain. This past weekend I had to buy bigger sized clothes (not huge, but bigger) because my stuff was makign me feel like a sausage. I'm so not happy about this!! My husband is somewhat helpful - I have to ask for desserts/treats, which helps keep me mindful of what I am eating. Sometimes he makes things harder - he has a super fast metabolism and can eat anything he wants with no issue.

I know from going down this road before, I get resentful fast, if I am not careful. So, hopefully I cna be more careful!
