This is getting so frustrating -- today I only ate 882 calories!

Happened on your journal by accident. May I suggest you set your calories intake at 1500/day. Eat about 300 for breakfast, eat 450 for lunch and dinner and 300 for snacks, spaced through the day (am snack, afternoon snack, evening snack). Drink about 50-60 oz of water per day. If you cut yourself down too far in calories you will feel deprived and binge. You NEED calories to keep your metabolism up. You probably burn at least 2000 calories a day normally. That's a 500 calorie per day burn. Don't look for huge losses. Be happy with a pound or so a week if thats what happens. Slow, steady. Plan your meals so you know what you are going to eat. If you know what you are eating you probably won't grab bad stuff. I have moments that seem to slow down my loss, but we have to be steady, keep going and the lbs will come off. Don't rush it. Make mini goals and go for them. Then set another goal and go for that. Lots of luck to you and I hope you reach the moon!!!!

P.S. Planning is a BIG feature in weight loss. Know what you are eating ahead. It's like having your own chef except you are doing the work :-)

Well, it says your down two pounds in a week. That's pretty good. Seems like your losing fine. Not everyone has big loss's at first. Losing a pound or two a week will get you to goal.
