Have you ever just had one of those days that you feel particularly self conscious? I'm having one of those today and I don't know why. I think part of it is that I ate too many sweets yesterday and I didn't get up for my workout this morning. I was feeling great over the weekend, I had tried on a pair of shorts that were way too tight about a month ago and now I could wear them, but they would be just a little snug. I also was out working in the garden in the fresh air and that was good to get some things accomplished that I've been putting off. So, I don't know why the bad self talk today, maybe once I get the workout done this evening I'll feel better. No movement on the scale for a while, but that's okay because I know I need to change my eating and as long as it's not going up for now I'm happy. I have about a week and a half until my vacation, so I'd like to lose another pound before then to have a small buffer, but we'll see where I get. As long as I can get back into the routine after vacation...
