My knee is popping and sore. Some sort of weird pain/pressure at the back of the knee, might have developed a Bakers Cyst. Even though the knees are better I do have to be careful of the bending over. Over did it this weekend with the planting and weeding and now paying for it. Have to learn to weed in small chunks so as not to stress the knees.
Its annoying when my body doesn't cooperate but I have no one to blame but myself.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your knees. I hope everything works itself out ok. I occasionally pulled a muscle or something when lifting weights and I know I hated it when progress was lost while waiting for it to heal.

Oh those are so painful! I have lots of problems with my knees also, so I know what you mean. Take it easy for a few days and then go slow. Hugs!

Awww bless your heart..It sucks when we think we can do what we use to and our bodies says NO WAY..Hope your feeling better soon...:O)
