I have followed the Atkins plan as perfectly as possible for the last week. My B/p was down to 138/92 this morning. I have a lot more energy. I made it through two road trips, my grand son's birthday, and the secretary bringing in some wonderful smelling fresh onion bagels. I have lost 7.6 lbs and I am thrilled.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yay congratulations!! It is really hard to stay on track when you have outside distractions and wafting smell of yummy foods. Good for you!
