Back to Monday!

I think I did OK with my food yesterday - we had lots of company and then I crawled off to bed. On days like that I don't see much sense in trying to recreate a food journal - will just start fresh today.

Hope you all had a nice weekend too!

I'm with you Buffy..I did record my great breakfast..but it all went down hill after that..Yep have to start over yet again I do..Catch you later howling at the moon...:O)

Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt! Best you can do is just try to exercise some discipline throughout the ordeal and chuck it up as an 'OK' or 'Not OK' day. Even with the best of intentions, DW & I will go out to eat, and there is no way I can match-up what I ate, to anything on FS. So, I just enter a bunch of calories that I hope do justice to the carbs, proteins and fats that I think I ate. When it's all said and done, you just want to look back at your calendar and journal and see what might have sparked an upward, or downward trend in your weight. It's not like there's a Consumption Detection and Prosecution Agency monitoring our intake here. At least, I don't think there is. . . :)

Actually, I think there ARE a few CD&PAs out there roaming about BUT the good news is that, last I heard, they were after the South Beachers! LOL!!! Buffy, as long as you think you did OK, that's the important thing. Have a great week!
