No weight lose since 6/1. I think I know the reason why. I think I need a LOT more fiber and Metamucil. I have been following atkins with the amount of carbs but if no bm no weight loss. Finally setting up the treadmill I bought today.
227.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
