Sally Forest's Journal, 25 February 2018

Slept well,mum at 7:45. Meds taken and changed patch. No plans to go out but have more vegetable and meal prep to be done. Going to make a pot or pan of chicken cacciatore for several meals and some cauliflower with cheese to bake as Mac and cheese substitute. May bake a few stuffed peppers too. If I am prepared I won't want the stuff I know I shouldn't have.
