I love to start my day with a large glass of water with lemon💧+🍋And after about 20-30 minutes I have my usual breakfast😋Rolled oats cooked in water (dry 40g)+🍓strawberries (100g)+🐝1tsp of honey and today I sprinkled everything with chia seeds ❤

That looks great. I like blueberries, flaxseed and hempseed in my oatmeal too. Instead of honey, have you tried date sugar?

I eat 2 tblsp each morning in my cereal. I grind them to a powder for better absorption, been doing it for about 3 years.
