Back in/on the saddle again! I’m glad I threw caution to the wind and did what I perceived as fun. It wasn’t! It felt good tasting, chewing and in the moment. But no it’s not for me. My life is one of whole and simplistic eating. Smaller amounts of food that nourishes my body and give me a happy feeling. I like not craving things! I like breathing through my nose and not being congested. And I like achievements. I don’t like when my weight goes up and I know I didn’t do the right thing. So, to life, for life, that’s my plan! ( let’s see how long this lasts!) I hope it does
230.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 74.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
