A week with no change. Oh well at least it wasn't a gain. I'm now thinking that reaching my monthly goal isn't going to happen. I think I will still be able to get close but 8 pounds in 4 days?? Yeah I'm not going to hold my breath. I however am going to fast for 20 hours and drink lots of H2o. It will be a good start to the week. Happy almost March peoples! Much love to you.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
