It's been exactly 1 month sense I quit drinking, even though i only drank on the weekends. I just feel good. now if I can keep up with out snacking, I'll really be doing good.

It's the same mndset if you were strong enough to end the drink your cetainly strong to over come the snacking. I eat 3 meals a day 8am 12 noon 4:30pm at the same time everyday. Maybe rountine consistency, good luck!

Thanks. Yeah I'm a big routine type of guy. I'm working on bad habits making good ones.
