UPDATE: Joined FS on 1/29/2018 reporting my progress:

1st week-(1/29/2018-2/3/2018) I lost 5 lbs.
2nd week-(2/4/2018-2/10/2018) I lost 7.4 lbs.
3rd week-(2/11/2018-2/17/2018) I lost 3.6 lbs.
4th week-(2/18/2018-2/24/2018) I lost 3.4 lbs.

A total loss of 19.4 lbs. for 4 weeks of reporting in on FS.

I have a goal to lose 28 lbs. this month. I have 11 lbs. to lose in 4 days.

Thank you for all your support and butt kicks. Greatly appreciate most (LoL) of ya'll. LoL

I need to lose 2.85 lbs each day for 4 days to reach my 28 lbs. in 28 days. Hmmm...still going to work hard. No surrender. No retreat. Giving my GOD all the glory for helping me get back on track while using FS.

Keep it up... I've logged EVERYTHING since June 2016 and weigh it on a scale. 140 lbs down and stable for 6 months. Accountability is key.

@8Patty-thanks Sista appreciate the luv. @Keddie-gOOd job on your journey, you're an inspiration, yes "personal accountability" is what I'm holding myself too. It's very disturbing to see what the numbers are when log everything I eat. @ohnwentzville thanks for you're support.

@meriamar & @sandycatiller- my profile is an OPEN BOOK have a look. I eat a lot and I'm rarely hungry, but I am "trying" to eat only low carb and low fat proteins. I haven't exercised 1 day :( in the 4 weeks. :o as you can see on my exercise log (it's ugly). HOWEVER, I'm starting my recumbent bike 2morrow when I get some new batteries for it. I have been mainly working on breaking my "food addiction" by crucifying my fleshly wants. I did lower my RDI after a week due to I thought it was to high and I wasn't really losing. I'm no guru at this I just know what "I'm" doing it seems to be working.

Dear Marsha: you are dropping weight like gangbusters! I bet you are on a keto diet? Oh, you can post your weight by going to your homepage (little house in bottom left of tray) and either tapping on the scale or anywhere you entered your weight.

@Stromie-No not on the Keto Diet. No fat/low fat. I'm on low carb foods (above ground veggies & no fruit) and high protein low fat meats. If it dont have feathers or fins I don't eat it. Mainly fins I eat. LoL.

How do you do it, Marsha? You have such tremendous results using a “sensible” diet. So proud someone can do this who is not on keto.(keto is not good for me) But I am certainly proud of your progress!
