Surprised at this drop but I know body is burning calories - stir fry soup recipe , onions, broccoli , chicken , shrimp , soy sauce , garlic , butter, water to steam - I eat 2 bowls - ( now) - ruby tursday salad bar evening - rocks -I am doing cleaning , exercising today for burn . I wasn't gonna weigh til Monday but had to see where at - I've Ben around 197 awhile and under 200 now for I think a couple of weeks - big for me- if I'm 100percent on I'll see where I'm at probably tomorrow - can't wait!???!!!!! Just a quickie post - Go Green !!!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
