day 2 of restrict diet. because I always eat about 1000 calories over the amount that I set, I set it really low so I won't feel bad when I do. it is all mind games.
246.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
