So it's been 4 months since I've decided to make a lifestyle change. I enlisted the help of a personal trainer/coach. She's put me on a meal plan and has incorporated cardio and strength training. I was dropping an avg of 2 lbs a week there a while until the last 4 weeks or so. now it just kind of goes back and forth and I was getting very frustrated. Thank goodness she not only had me take measurements but pictures as well. I was able to notice a change despite what the scale says. Overall I'm down over 33 lbs and 26 inches from the areas I've been keeping track of. Once I figure out how to post pics of the progress they'll be added 😁
