Ah, my ankle got the best of me this morning. It talked me into not getting on my elliptical machine. See, typically it hurts the worst first thing in the morning. Once I get up out of bed and walk on it, it loosens up and feels better. But when I'm still groggy and sleeping, I forget that and think in my subconscious that it's too sore to work out on.... But then again I was up pretty late finishing some patient charts last night, so lack of sleep could have something to do with it. Oh well, there's always tomorrow...
