I’m mildly impressed with my newly developed will power. I picked up in-n-out burger for my teenagers and husband today. Even though I was hungry, I ate a few macadamia nuts to hold me over, then made a salad for myself when I got home. Even the yummy smell coming from the bags didn’t tempt me to eat a few French fries on the way home! Got to celebrate the small victories haha!

To me macadamia nuts taste like chicken. I know it's cliche, but to me they really do taste like chicken. I guess it is the fat in them. LOL.

My husband is eating my favorite right now and that is Popeye's fried chicken but I had baked fish and I am content.

That’s awesome! To have this will power, and at the end of the day!!. That is usually my most challenging time of day. I find that I crave sugary snacks at the end of day so I have incorporated chromium picolinate to help me resist. It works for me.

Almost nothing smells better than animal style fries. That is will power (their plain ones smell pretty good too.)

Just look at you my friend ...I'm so proud of your accomplishments..not only are you a beauty but you are smart too..I love French fries myself but I too wont eat takeout that I bring home for the fam, have a wonderful evening sweetie;)

I just started this. Can someone explain to me why when I was on the treadmill 7 minutes and burned 23 calories, why it ends up logging 2064? I only consumed 1624. It has resting 15 hrs and sleeping 8 hrs. I don’t understand?
