Life is good! I've been studying a terrific brand new book called, to
THE FOOD THERAPIST
by Shira Lenchewski, MS, RD. She delves into the subject of how to break our long-standing bad eating habits with tools for how to change them. Very insightful, inspiring. Loads of research to back up her theories. A total roadmap for anyone struggling to make the shift. It's an in depth examination of our life long relationship with food and our bodies and how to overcome the negatives, a guide to help readers hone the skills needed to put their 'get healthy intentions' into daily action, planning ahead wisely, harnessing willpower, rebalancing our hormones, conquering cravings.
