Came across your journal and realized we are in the same boat. I'm stuck at 143 lbs. I am in Ketosis and the scales just aren't budging.
I've decided to give it another week and if the scales still don't move i might cut out some more carbs. I tried shocking my system this week by smashing my carb limit... but that just made me sick and I ended up with the same number on the scales. Plus I felt horrid.
Here's the pep talk bit! Count the calories but more importantly know the percentage of fat. That's what really does the trick for me (well it has in the past). You need 60 - 70% of fat a day and the higher the number the more chances of you losing. Also remember the last 10 are the hardest to lose, so don't be too hard on yourself.
10.5 lbs is nothing - NOTHING! and when you finally get there you will feel and look great. That's worth all that you are going through now. That's what I tell myself too.
Best with the 10, :)
