too much cheese for me. Cheese is the best and the worst.

Thank you for the kind words! The process of eating for me is so much more than putting the food mouth, it's about the preparation, the smells, and the visual feast. It is like preparing a gift to feed my body properly. Cheese is something that isn't on my normal menu, but about once a week I may have an ounce or two.
