...and my weight still remaining the same like yesterday...its okay...its happens...happens a lot hehehe...just keep the spirit...to continue...JALANIN HIDUP SEHAT & TETEP MAKAN ENAK...FIGHTINNGG...🙆🙌🏃💪
132.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Baiknya ya itu beb 1x per 5 hari ato seminggu. Soalnya klo tiap hari nanti stres, misal sis udah 2 hari blm pup, pasti timbangan tetep ato naik. Trs baiknya abis bangun tidur :)
