What are some low calories sweets? I need some chocolate but don’t want anything that’s too high in calories.

I've got these tasty treats (www.sambazon.com/product/superfruit-acai-bites/) that I picked up from Costco, they hit the spot.

I snack on squares of dark chocolate, they range from 20-25 calories. I have one for desert after lunch and dinner. I let it melt in my mouth and that does the trick. You want to make sure that the chocolate is dark chocolate with at least 70% cacoa and has no soy lecithin. Studies show that the polyphenols in dark chocolate reduce bad cholesterol, increase the good cholesterol and decrease blood pressure. D Chocolate also has flavinoids which improve cognitive function and may help prevent cancer!! Bonus, bonus, bonus :)

Hello - So far (and I am a chocolate fan) I found ChocZero on Amazon...1 net carb and 40 calories per square. it tastes like real chocolate and it satisfies the craving for chocolate when I get it. there are other brands out there and they are pretty available in most stores. I also like Lily's sugar free chocolate...it is made with stevia. good luck on your search.

Pure, organic cocoa powder has 10-12 calories per tablespoons. I mix it with almond milk and chia seeds to make "pudding." I also put it in oatmeal with frozen raspberries.

But size Oreo cookies. 13 cookies 170 calories. Take them apart and you have a big chocolate snack. Or just do 7 taken apart (14) cookies and 1/2 the calories

My favorite combo, blueberries or strawberry, hot cocoa mix (very low calories) , ice , water makes a smoothie with whip cream on top - Good for you - Add coconut, almonds, yes you can - great for you - almond butter, yes you can - honey , I don't mean you (not being personal) , the stuff bees do, yes you can - These are all great - Mix it up, anyway you want , yes you can - Eating good and sweet is eating good and sweet - Great question by the way - Best of Luck and much success to you - Go Green!!!!!!

You can buy Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa which has about 2 carbs per Tablespoon and 10 calories. 1 T is enough to add to a blender full of almond milk and ice with a packet of saccharin, splenda, stevia some vanilla (the no sugar kind!) and a pinch of salt with lots of ice and you have a milk shake! Going from there you can add plain greek yogurt to up the protein and creaminess, fruits to give it some of that ( 1/4 cup of frozen fruit will do alot!) a single scoop of a 2 scoop vanilla protein powder ( add your own vanilla anyway!) kale, nutritional yeast ( for the health conscious) the flavors and ideas are endless here. I use Purely Inspired Organic Vegetable Protein, but there are hundreds of brands of protein powders out there. And when I’m just craving sweet, sometimes I’m not so much craving chocolate. Last night I just whipped up some yogurt, almond milk(unsweetened), 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, 2 oz of Torani sugar free white chocolate syrup a packet if saccharin, a packet of stevia, some Himalayan pink salt, a bit of collagen protein, vanilla and ice. One blender full makes three servings so I still have one for today of tomorrow! 😋It sounds really complicated, but I keep all the ingredients in one place badically and most of the time use pretty much the same recipe just changing the flavor a bit. It satisfies my need for ice cream. If you are following keto there are also cookies and fat bombs to look up! 🙋🏻 Good luck!

I have a cup of hot chocolate every morning made with Ghiradelli's hot cocoa mix. I mix it with skim milk and have anywhere from a 6 oz to a 12 oz cup. It tends to keep the cravings for anymore sweets away. I don't know what you want for calories. I think it's 90 calories for 2 tablespoons. I tried eating the squares of Ghiradelli's dark chocolate. Got a packet for Christmas. But I couldn't eat just one.

Thank you guys so much. Unfortunately I’m allergic to almonds, but I will try the other ideas.

I would look to natural sweet things like fruit, especially berries, raspberries are so sweet and delicious! if all else fails, vanilla yogurt is good too, but remember you are looking at sugars in there too. But at least it is portion control and you can count the calories as part of your day.
