At least you're catching it before it goes too far....PLUS you're still down from your beginning weight! Go back and review the acceptable foods list for Atkins Induction and be sure you're not eating anything that's not on it. And, instead of using the generic or USDA entries for tuna salad or chicken salad, measure out and log the ingredients you are actually using....your amounts.....your brands. It's a bit more work, but you might find big differences! The USDA and generic entries work well for single items but may not be so great for multiple-item foods. Good luck!
