Damn, got my days mixed up, I was supposed too see my Nutritionist today at the weight loss center, hope they can get me in next week! Well, going to see my Orthopedic surgeon tomorrow, so hopefully, will start to proceed soon with getting my joints fixed, once I can walk upright like a Human, instead of a troglodyte, it should be easier to get all the exercise I need to lose weight faster!
