hey guys ive skim through the feed i can't help but notice some many comments, of i ate this thing and had 4 hidden sugars and kicked me off keto or i drank so and so.

First and foremost once your out the adaptation phase you can roughly eat up to 150g of carbs and still remain in keto it will be different by case some more some less. Your more likely to kick your self off keto by over eating proteins that you are from eating 10 more gram of sugar.

If you fit into the obese category your main battle starts with chronic inflammation and your gut flora. Meaning having an inlfamatory system will trigger insulin levels. When your gut flora bacteria level is off and you dont comsume the right amount of enzymes. You cant properly break down and digest the food that you eat, and extract the nutrients needed.

Where does keto play a part on this good fats reduce overall chronic inflamation. But if you dont correct the above issues you will continue to kick your self on and off keto. Not matter what you eat you will struggle to break it down and again trigger high levels of inflammation which then trigger your insulin to spike.
