I was out shopping the other day and caught a glimpse of myself in the store window and I was quite surprised, I no longer look like a lumpy blob. There is a hint of a waist and some shape to my body. Still a long way from ideal but definitely way better.

I think I have hit a plateau...no real lose for over a month. But instead of freaking out I think I'm just going to ride it out. I'll give it another month without changing anything and see what happens. Even if I just maintain that is OK, it will give my body a chance to adjust to this lower weight. If nothing happens then I'm going to have to look at making some changes. Eat less, move more.

Sometimes our body takes a break and won't budge..but like you said just ride it out..your doing great and congrats for looking good..thats half the battle if we notice our self..Have a great weekend...:O)

Well, I see a 4 pound loss at least last month...that is really great! You started May at about 276 and ended at 272. Pretty good I would say!

Great work so far, right? Also you may not need to eat less - maybe change up the percentages you eat. I just increased my protein a little and reduced my carbs a little and got off a plateau. Good Luck!

I agree with Stef. Slow go is better than no go, so congatulations on the progress! Pat on the back / locker room smack on the ass for a job well done! And you managed a 4 pound loss WITH your self confessed unrecorded late night cheats ;)

I jumped on the scales yesterday just before I recorded this entry and I was up again so I knew that todays official weight in was not going to be good. But it is all good, I know what I have to work on, just hoping I can avoid it for a while.
