Down a little today still a little achy at night went to doctor she said probably dehydrated low carb diets pull the fluid off so I did drink more and gonna keep drinking h20 also tommorrow getting all my labs drawn ...my blood sugar was 103 this am 🤗👍
152.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Low carb diets pull the water out of the muscle. You have to drink a lot more than you think. Also, electrolytes are important.
