From the stress of learning and work I overate a bunch. I am recommitted. I have identified that my meals are getting smaller when I eat alone but when I am alone I snack alot. So the plan will be to eat alone, go workout Mon, Wed, Fri and do school Tues and Thurs.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
