Good morning started my day at 4:00 am prayed workout for 30 min. was thinking in the shower that i need to know what my emotional needs are example i wanted to feel supported and loved and respected. I found as i was growing up that i looked for this from the outside never even consider giving myself this emotional things i needed. I always gave it to others. Then when I got married i expected from him to much to ask from someone if i am not giving it to myself. This will help me with my weight lost because to love myself is the recpect and support myself and honor how God has made me.
