A pretty uneventful morning - no running. Still cool from yesterday. Supposed to get up to 70 today. Kind of wierd, waking up to the furnaces running, after such a heat spell. Well, we sure needed the rain, and if it had to come with chilly winds, oh well.
Haven't had much time for doing anything extraordinary. Between doing what DW normally does, and taking care of animal meds and taking care of the small dog, it doesn't leave a lot of time for the workshop. I did manage to get in some guitar practice and studying last night. Even got to sleep in till 4:30 this morning. I feel just as fresh as a daisy. :)
This time I'm going to be really, really, really serious about logging my food intake - again. I know it only works when I do it, so I'm going to do it. The weight started creeping back up. Probably had something to do with the upside down banana splits and stopping at Hardees for fueling the drive home. Not positive, but pretty sure. Vowed to do more of my running outside, and if that's not possible, will do runs on the treadmill at 2 or 3% incline. Starting to do more strength training as well. Can't let life's twists and turns keep me from my appointed destiny. If people can walk in their sleep, perhaps it's possible to run in your sleep. :) Enough rambling for now; everyone have a great and glorious day!
