I spent three hours in the dentist chair today replacing some old filings. I forgot to take some of my natural pain killers beforehand, so endured the torture. Novocaine just doesn't do it for me. It makes my face numb, but I still feel the drill. My dentist is a wonderful man who does his best for me, but I am just one of those people whose nerves want to keep working despite the drugs. Natural essential oils, however, do work to remove my physical pain. As soon as I got home, I took some orally and put some on my face. Immediately, the pain ended and the numbness started dissipating.
While out, I voted in early balloting. I can never figure out where I am supposed to go on election day! They change it each time! They are following some rule about the type of election, but it is confusing! I have lived here for three years and still have not figured it out.
What has this to do with diet? Well, I was not hungry. I had lunch late without feeling the least bit shaky. My blood glucose did not drop into the basement. I love keto!
