It's amazing how much my body can fluctuate over the weekend! I don't stress out over less than a two pound gain, because I know it's physically impossible to gain two pounds of fat in a weekend. Probably water weight, considering I had a lot of salt over the weekend. Remember, you are more than a number on the scale! You are a person deserving of love, especially from yourself (:
214.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
