Ok so yesterday I ate 70 carbs ..2200 calories...and had alot of sodium bone broth with Wyler salty boullion and olives trying to see if it's the low salt making me achy at night but still achy last night and my weight up I'm sure water weight ...so today gonna drink slot of water ... maybe I'm dehydrated ... maybe I should go to the doctor and get a check up lol 😂why is the achy feeling mostly at night once I start moving around during the day it gets better ..weird I did feel better that Saturday after I ate steak mashed potatoes mushrooms and 2 glasses of wine ... maybe it's potassium in the potatoes ..I'm gonna eat a potatoe today and see if that helps lol
152.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
