Things have been iffy for me lately but I have been trying to make good food choices and trying to get in some exercise. Today I hiked 1 and 1/2 miles in 30 minutes...so not bad for someone unfit I don't guess. I have been trying to walk/hike as much as I can, but the rainy weather delays that. This is a picture from my hike today. I go to a walk/hike park and the creeks have little cute bridges with built in benches on them. So peaceful to come here.
