I need to learn how to upload a picture. I'm sure it isn't difficult, but just haven't tried. Some of the foods on here look absolutely wonderful!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
