Timbo 65's Journal, 31 May 2012

Well today I had to find my password and re-establish my entry to the site. I hadn't written any of it down, so I am starting again where I can make entries either on the Android or on the PC at home. I will be use the program on the Desktop more often now since I am spending more time on it than I have before.I am not chasing the number per se, but rather bring to bear an awareness of the portions and types of foods that I am eating from now on. I will weigh-in on Sundays, and document those values for tracking purposes.
