Some of this gain is muscle from going to gym but half is from letting myself go. Going to really watch myself through February and get back below 160 👍👍💪💪
161.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
