Soooooo tempted to eat the bag of chips sitting across the room from me but I'm not going to do it because I don't want to start off the day (it's 12 am so technically it's a new day) with too many carbs and too much unhealthy things in my body.

any healthy low carb high fat snacks around? carrot or celery sticks with peanut butter. beef jerky and toasted seaweed helps when I need salty. How about a Keto 'Fat Bomb' they satiate cravings quickly and keep you full too. I found one made with two ingredients- coconut oil and zero carb protein powder. search YouTube for recipes, like peanut butter cups, and snicker and Almond Joy Flavored.

I started my day at 12am also, I try to never be in the same room with a bag of Lay's potato chips, don't even go pass the chips in the grocery store, they talk to me.

Good job chips are so difficult to resist, we keep everything out of sight and it seems to help!
