This is the first time in 5 years that I really commit myself to lose weight. I had never been to a gym before and I actually love it. It’s been like three weeks since I decided to change my bad habits and I feel this is so slow... I used to lose weight as easy as I gained it, but now it’s so different. I want to think it’s slow because it’s the first time I’m doing it right.
