Always so confusing...

Eat almost nothing for the day, lose weight. Eat WAY more than I should, lose weight. Eat 15-1800 kcal. a day, standstill or gain weight. 😤

There truly is no magic remedy to weight-loss.

Doesn't need to be confusing, eat consistently, good food which means less saturated fat and no added sugar! Dinner: Fish 3 times a week, skinless chicken breast twice a week and lean red meat once a week. Breakfast: Oats or Vita Brits, avoid all cereal with sugar in it. Lunch: Egg. Beetroot and tomato toasted sandwich. Water, Coffee or tea, no soft drinks with sugar in it. Stick to this type of diet and you will lose wait in the long term, do not worry about short term variations. I researched all this from the free WebMD, subscribe, study and you cannot go wrong!

I forget to advise the fresh fruit and low fat, no sugar yoghurt anytime! Don't forget to chuck out all the sugar you have unless you have friends who want sugar in their coffee or tea, sometimes you can't just tell them! LOL.
