Good morning world - yesterday was interesting. I was helping a friend move and ended up pushing way past my calorie fuels ability. went low in blood glucose twice...I really had been trying to put the right volume in but I guess I worked harder than I thought I was. grateful that nothing bad happened - just ended up consuming more food than anticipated. today is a new day - and a new recipe. we decided that we needed to experiment with the waffle recipe by mixing 50/50 bisquick and carbquik. they turned out great - better texture and taste thank just carbquik and lower carbs than just bisquick. I am off to help my friend finish moving today - snacking more frequently (lesson learned) to keep the levels up. I hope every one has an awesome day today. the numbers for todays breakfast - 3 waffles, 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty, cup of berries and 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup (treat) - 673 calories, 52g carbs, 39g protein, 33g fat.
