Down almost 1 LB... I’ve been working out a bit different than I have in the past. Because I always run into issues or reasons not to work out on the week days I switched it up. I’m working out Fri, Sat, Sun and being very conscious about what I eat during the week. Seems to be working so far as I’m down ~6lbs in a week. Anyone else doing this?
