I've been on the weight loss journey now for about two months. Starting at 78.5. I now weight 67.8. I had a three week plateu which i finally broke through 2 days ago. It's so disheartening doing the work and seeing no change for 3 weeks. But finally its starting again. It blows me away how much better I feel about myself, more confident, more extroverted and happy round new people. So far so good :)
